Located in the heart of the beautiful Lower St. Lawrence region, Nokomis is a dynamic cultivator of 50,000 sugar maples (acer saccharum) spread over two production sites, one of which is certified organic by Écocert Canada since 2001.

Nokomis exports an entire range of maple products throughout the world. These products are known for their superior quality, respecting the tradition of Québec maple production.

Maple sap is collected from the end of March to the end of April. Daily temperature elevation above 0°C during the day, marks the start of the production season with the thawing of the maples' external layers. Just a simple little cut in the tree will let the sap flow out.
