Request must contain the necessary information to be able to locate and identify the contact information; documents confirming identity or corresponding Power of Attorney; original documents to be collated with our copies, which will be used to modify or confirm the personal data. Additionally you must indicate which personal data you wish to delete from our database.
It is important to emphasize that you must present your identity document in order to make the desired changes. In case of legal representatives, they must provide their identity document along with original and a copy of Power of Attorney.
The resolution taken by the department in charge of handling personal data will be notified to you by email within five working days from the receipt of the request. In cases allowed by law, this term may be extended. The procedure will be executed according to the guidelines established by law.
