Our production portfolio mainly consists of sodium, potassium and lithium silicates, foundry binders, flow agents, calcium chloride and precipitated calcium carbonate. One of our company´s goals is using of the latest research findings and new technologies with a focus on the foundry, paper, construction and chemical industry.

Vodní Sklo, a.s. is a part of TONASO Holding, a.s. and has two production units in the Czech republic (Ústí nad Labem and Brno).

We have a reliable, experienced, proficient, trained and qualified working team which is ready to meet all our customers´ requirements.

History of the company dates back to the 19th century when the company started to produce, inter alia, silicates in Brno (Hochstetter and Schickardt) and Tonaso company was founded in 1905 in Ústí nad Labem like belgium Solvay plant.
