Ventherm A/S was founded in 1984 by Knud Hansen. In 1986, the company moved to its current location on Kastanievej in Broby, where Ventherm has approximately 3400 square metres of production and administration. The company is still family owned as the founder's sons Brian and Allan took over management as well as ownership in 2006.

Over the years, Ventherm has gained a market-leading position in spray booths and painting systems, among other things by focusing on customised turn-key solutions for the industry. The company serves customers Worldwide.
