Process Capabilites

- Horizontal Centrifugal Castings: Tube lengths of 6000 mm for diameters upto 200 mm and maximum lengths of 1500 mm for diameters between 200 mm and 1050 mm.

- Vertical Centrifugal Castings: Conical casting with top diameter of 1200 mm and heigh of 1500 mm.

- Static Castings: Equipped with Omega plant from UK the Statik Foundry has a capacity of 1200 MT per annum of saleable castings with capability to pour single piece casting of 3000 kilograms.
