THINKSO is a design studio which focus on sheet metal case design for device and machine tool. We gather many professions of industrial design and sheet metal engineering. It's rare to have these two kinds of experts working together in the same studio. No matter how unique and difficult the design a client wants, we are able to accomplish it, because we have engineers to turn the design into sheet metal parts that can be manufactured.

THINKSO DESIGN specially focuses on the design of machine tool and device. We can make the mechanical appearance of machines become creative, let the machines not just functional but also fashionable.

THINKSO have excellent technique in sheet metal forming. Our expert had participated in the WorldSkills Competition representing Taiwan and won the gold medal in 2013. Also, we use our technique to assist many sheet metal factories in developing patterns of some complex installation artworks.

THINKSO can analyze the 3D model of the machine tool/device case, including stress analysis, heat analysis, vibration analysis. By analyzing these specific features, we can choose the most suitable material and enhance the structure to make the product much more excellent.
