The Well Academy is rapidly gaining a solid reputation for delivering what the industry needs in terms of practical training solutions and in so doing raising the competence level and the confidence of drilling and well services personnel in dealing with unexpected & unplanned situations. Working together with qualified psychologists and Crew resource management (Crm) trainers our programmes incorporate better understanding of human behaviours in critical situations. Our team based scenario programmes cover well control including deepwater and managed pressure drilling operations.

The Well Academy offers a range of Drilling related courses that are either regularly scheduled at our facility in Apeldoorn, The netherlands or can be delivered at a location of your choice. We also specialise in developing custom made training programmes specific to suit client needs.
