THAY Medical are a specialist organisation who assists medical device manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies to develop medical products. We focus on the interaction between the user and the device – the human factors of the medical product. Where a Clinical Research Organisation (CRO) will focus on the clinical aspect of a medical device, THAY Medical are an organisation who focus on the human factors (HF) aspect of a medical device. We believe that good user interaction reduces the occurrence of clinical errors in real life.

As such, we think there is a benefit in applying the best human factors and usability engineering practices into device developments and post market surveillance. A reduction in clinical error is always a good thing.

THAY Medical comprise of a team of passionate people who practice applying human factors and usability into medical devices.
