In 1992, the TEAZ CZ Zlín company has been established. From its creation, it has engaged in development of application software for control and automation of technological lines, single-purpose machines and processes. By steps, the company has expanded its activities with further services to customers:
- drafts and analyses for automation of the processes
- visualization of technological processes with a possibility of connecting to higher
- drafts and design of machines and lines
- complex deliveries of technological units
- safety considerations, safety analyses of machines, proposals of provisions and their


The company co-operated with external suppliers of machine parts design. To increase competitiveness, the division of single-purpose machines and engineering structures took place in 2004. In this way a new company - TEAZ stroje s.r.o. - has been established.

Simultaneously with foundation of this company, creation of joint office and workshop spaces in the industrial area "Chludovka" in Otrokovice has started. All departments of new company (electro-development, software development, machine design, assembly departments) have been relocated together on June 6, 2004.
