SUAREZ ENTERPRISE WAS FOUNDED IN April 2005 by Spouses JUNELLE & ATTY. JESSIE SUAREZ and started as a home-based business. Situated at Gonzaga Extension, Corner St. Magdalena Sts., Doña Juliana Heights Subd. Bacolod City. It is engaged in quail raising business supplying quail eggs in the market, restaurants, institutions and grocery stores.

Through the years of operations and not just focusing merely on fresh quail eggs, they have come up with an order based ready to eat deep fried quail flakes, which friends find it unique, it was able to gain demand.

With constant innovation after our daughter graduated and became a Chef, she formulated and standardized a quail in a bottle as an Adobo favorite ready to fry gourmet, and join local trade fairs to gain knowledge and see what local market needs.

Over the years of our business, it has been a blessing that we have acquired a farm situated at Barangay Abuanan, Bago City planted it with 7,000 calamansi trees, herbs, vegetables, chickens, ducks and quail have been raised.
