We rescue fresh Kentish apples and pears that would otherwise be wasted and gently slice them whole (not wasting a pip), and slowly air-dry (never fry) them into subtly sweet and crunchy slices of natural fruity goodness.

Our crisps are low calorie, high fibre, 100% fruit with absolutely nothing added.

Enjoy as a healthy snack any time, or add to cereal, salads or cheese for some extra fruity crunch!

Our Produce

We support small British farmers that struggle to deal with their surplus produce, like Arthur.

Spare a thought for his oversupply of undersized apples.

Arthur's orchard produces some of the finest apples on the planet - but not all of them make the supermarket grade or find a suitable home.

It might be a bumper crop due to the weather, less demand because of European competition, or a surplus of storm damaged or and misshapen fruit. Either way, the reality is, out-graded or oversupply often equals unshiftable. Unshiftable means uneconomical and means Arthur is left going spare, just like his apples.

Until now.
