The person behind SIMPLY BETTER STRATEGIES is Kim Arlund Nørgaard, who is a Danish B2B commercial and technical Professional from the ICT, Smart Energy and Greentech industry who has worked abroad for almost 10 years; for the last 7 years in Germany, and before that in Switzerland.

Kim’s strengths are within change management, where he has a track record of setting up and implementing global and regional strategies, tactics and action plans. Kim has been the lead in transforming several companies from being product focused to ICT solution focused.

Kim has been restructuring global organisations, product portfolios, sales focus and channels; with resulting improved EBIT and solutions and services growing to be the majority of the revenue.
