We started as a subsidiary of the parent company, Panalal Ramkumar & Co, which was established in 1940 in Calcutta by Late.
Mr. Bachraj Shroff as agents for Raw Cotton from North Indian growing centers to southern mills, most of which were based in Coimbatore and Madurai.

In 1942, Mr. Bachraj Shroff migrated to Coimbatore to further develop business with mills in South India.
He then developed yarn sales and became Depot agents of these mills for West Bengal market.
Later, we added a division for distribution and indenting yarn to select Indian exporters, exporting the yarns to various countries.
Eventually, we took on the mantle as representative and exporters for spinning mills to cater to the overseas markets in Europe and Asia.

Today, we are in a position of eminence with local agents, consumers and traders in various countries who trust us for quality, price appropriateness, consistent timely deliveries and transparency.
