In spring of 2007 the nursery was decorated, hospital bag packed, and we were as ready as we could be. On 5th May 2007 we became parents……to a beautiful little girl we named Rose. We had no idea what was coming.

Our little one was diagnosed with Down Syndrome, leukaemia, spent days in ICU and fought for her life for months. While we became very familiar with medical terms and hospitals, we were also working out how to parent! We used lots of the traditional baby products and began to think of how these products could be improved to make life easier.

This is when the ideas for Shnuggle baby products began. Thankfully our little girl became stronger and we had a second baby. We were parents to two young children, both working and still having ideas for better baby products.
