Assistant Professor Scottie Chih-Chieh Huang, Ph.D. is a Taiwan-based media artist and designer, born in 1982, lives and works between Taipei and Hsinchu. He is director of the Studio of SCOTTIE HUANG KINETIC, the Biologically Inspired Objects (BIO) Lab, and the Innovation and Creativity Center (ICC) at the Chung Hua University. He has currently served as a core board member of the Digital Art Committee and as a juror for Digital Art Exhibition at ACM SIGGRAPH. Focus upon the use of interactive media for developing digital art, kinetic sculptures, and futuristic furnishings. He hold a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Architecture from NTUST, Master of Science degree in Architecture from NCTU, and Bachelor of Architecture degree from NTUT. |
