We offer training, coaching and consulting. In addition, we also train people to become SAMI managers. Its sole task is to bring to the surface the full individual and collective potential of an organisation, a team and/or an individual. We give that SAMI adage the widest possible reach in our SAMI training.

Systemic thinking
As a future SAMI manager, you learn to see the detail and the whole at the same time. You learn to increase your sensitivity. This allows you to indicate earlier what mutual influence the detail and the whole have on each other. You also learn to see how the two can come to a connection.

Systemically experienced
You will also learn to further develop your relational sensitivity. You do this by increasing the mutual exchange between your personal sources of knowledge – head, heart and intuition. You will deepen your consciousness. You develop your organizational sensitivity and your relational sensitivity. As a result, you learn to intervene more appropriately within guidance situations.

Acting Systemically
During the SAMI leadership training you learn to increase your capacity to act. As a result, you are better able to work on, with, in and for the social system for which you are responsible.
