S.Ruamcharoen was founded in 1972 as a provider and distributor of quality dried seafood supplying manufacturers and processors in Bangkok. Later we expanded our product range to include dried agricultural products and broadened our customer base to cover provinces around the country.

In a bid to achieve market leadership in food-ingredient supply and meet rising demand, in 1996 S.Ruamcharoen began an expansion drive with the establishment of a second company, S.Ruamthai Co., Ltd. With an emphasis on raw-materials quality, we began sourcing around Thailand and overseas in order to secure the best-quality supply. We also built an additional cold storage with a capacity of 2,000 tons and the ability to preserve the quality, color and smell of fresh raw materials. Production controls and quality monitoring systems are installed to follow the international standard such as GMP and HACCP in preparation for exports to the global market.

For more than 30 years we have been providing quality and dried food ingredients to markets throughout Thailand as well as in Japan, China, the United States, Russia and other countries. Over the years we have gained recognition for our diverse range of products and our ability to ensure that their quality meets customers' demands.
