'Raj Incorporated' formerly known as 'Dilip Plastics' was established in the year 1978. Mr. Dilip Shah, Promoter and Chairman of Raj Incorporated is the sole architect of the company.

'Dilip Plastics' was established with intention of providing best quality products & effective customer service in the field of high-end plastics which was plagues with inefficiency and licence raj in those days. Mr. Dilip Shah came up with the idea of "All type of plastic films & sheets under one roof."

The company immediately captured huge market share and instantly became popular in the field of plastics and joined hands with many well known giants in the field like GE (General Electric) now known as Sabic Innovative Plastics (UAE), PPG group (USA), Caprihans India Ltd., Calico Chemicals & Plastics (Sarabhai group) etc.
