Pure Nest is Muswell Hill’s first ever ‘free from’ cafe. We provide healthier treats for people with food allergies and those aware of how specific foods affect their bodies.

Our food is not just delicious, it is also made in small batches using the finest organic ingredients and in a safe, controlled environment. If that’s not enough, we also stock fine organic teas, cold brew coffees, smoothies, specialist ice creams and sorbets!

The inspiration for Pure Nest comes from the owner, Josie Peterson, who is a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist. Having her own food intolerances and allergies made it impossible for Josie to eat out, so she started to develop her own dishes free from unwanted ingredients.

Josie enjoyed it so much that she decided to set up a catering company, Antillia Delights, where she spent 3 years writing recipes and baking specialist cakes, cupcakes and pies. When the opportunity then arose to expand into a cafe Josie couldn’t resist – and so Pure Nest was born.
