PRO-YAPI Project, Construction Industry Trade Co. Ltd. which was founded in 1994 with the purpose of engineering, consultancy and supervision to operate in the areas of service, was taken over in 1998 from the engineer owners.

Although PROYAPI was established in 1994, no longer support was left from the founders of the company in that period of time. In August 1998, after transfer of the transactions, restructuring organisation was processed and equipped with modern technological equipment which are required by the modern engineering firms. The new organisation and the shareholders of the company are Murat KORU, Akif AYGEN, Bülent AKSOY and Z.Burak KORU.

On its 20th year, it continius service with new trade name as PROYAPI Engineering & Consultancy Inc., since its establishment in Turkey and abroad, major projects were undertaken and the capacity of business increased quickly in a short time especially road, railway and infrastructure projects.
