Quantum technology is in need of efficient, scalable, fast and secure single photon detectors – and we got them. Our unique approach combines superconducting nanowire single photon detectors (SNSPD) with photonic integrated circuits and redefines the way photon detection is handled, achieving better results and broadening the possible applications.

The technology behind our single photon detectors guarantees broadband usability, high efficiencies even beyond the optimized wavelength and further advantages compared to other systems.

Photon absorption rates of almost 100 % at any given wavelength, count rates up to 2 GHz, jitter below 30 ps, a sub Hz dark count rate and the ability to pack several photonic circuits at one single chip demonstrate: technology matters!
