We are a Canadian company based out of Toronto committed to bringing innovative fair trade products to Canada.

Our noodles are authentic Tibetan "gyathuk" noodles. They are made by Tibetans living in northern India. Their story begins with escaping the Chinese invasion of Tibet, then making noodles for their community and later, earn a living sharing Tibetan noodles with others, first in Europe, and now we are happy to bring these noodles to Canada.

Our fair trade tamari style Soy Sauce is made using four simple ingredients, soy beans, rice, water, and salt. The soy beans and rice are purchased from a fairtrade certified farmer' Co-Op in Thailand. This product is Non-GMO, kosher, halal, and gluten free. We make our Low Salt Tamari from the same brew, just with 47% less salt. The flavour is still nice, but better suited for low salt diets. This product is Non-GMO, kosher, and gluten free.

Teriyaki is a very traditional Japanese flavour. It makes a great marinade, for basting, or a base for salad dressing. Our Teriyaki is made with our traditional fair trade soy sauce, some fair trade cane sugar for sweetness, mirin, and spices. This product is also Non-GMO and gluten free. Hoisin is a sweet Asian style BBQ sauce, and provides an exotic twist to meat or tofu. Made with our fair trade soy sauce, fair trade cane sugar, garlic, and spices. This product is Non-GMO and gluten free.

Our pepper farmers practice mixed crop organic farming. And we purchase the full variety of spices they produce. These include many of the most popular spices ... ginger, nutmeg, turmeric, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, etc... and of course pepper! We offer these spices in small packs, for convenience and freshness.
