Pencoose Pantry is a high quality catering business based near Truro, Cornwall and run by William Marsden and his wife Nicola. We offer a creative approach to all types of celebrations, weddings, parties and corporate events. As a small business this allows our contribution to be unique and personal.

We cook fresh, local and delicious food. We primarily source our ingredients from local suppliers and prepare them in our own kitchen. We use free-range meat, poultry and eggs, as well as organic vegetables when available.

William is an experienced, knowledgeable and competent chef. He has cooked in a range of prestigious British restaurants including The Hole in the Wall, Bath, and The Walnut Tree, Abergavenny. Nicola has a back ground in Fine Art but has always loved cooking, food and parties.
