PENAC Writing Instruments GmbH was founded in Fürth, Germany in 1997 as distribution and marketing base for PENAC branded products exclusively made by Kotobuki & Co. Ltd. Founded in 1974 Kotobuki originally based on established patents. In the next year we improved the quality as a pioneer in the research and development of new methods of production and the application of advanced technology in writing instruments, especially in mechanical pencils.

PENAC Writing Instruments are made by Kotobuki & Co., Ltd., the world-renowned Japanese manufacturer of high quality writing instruments.
