Pacae was founded with the idea of spreading the ancestral species of Peru in Europe.

We are witnessing the growing demand in the Netherlands and other European countries of unique products, with exceptional healthy and nutritive properties, commonly known as super foods, mostly coming from Latin America and Asia.

However, it is often omitted the place of origin of the quinoa or maca that is being offered by different establishments, whether physical or virtual.

In addition to the plant's fruit, root or seed that is consumed, we consider the soil and climate where it is planted and grows, key elements to preserve their unique properties. And there is where the importance of the production of origin resides.

Pacae only offers products with Peruvian origin and organic certified according to European regulations (code SKAL: 101899). All our products are also gluten and lactose free. Pacae does not buy from brokers or middle men, but directly from the producers. These producers, in turn, work with small organic farmers, grouped in peasant associations or federations. Likewise, we strive to inform the consumer of the data related to the origin and production process of what we offer.
