Afke Zonderland is the enthusiastic chef behind Okanagan Rawsome's Apple & Carrot Crisps. Afke's daughter & husband, Anna & Scott, share Afke's vision to create nutritious and delicious food. Afke regularly hosts raw food workshops across Western Canada, promoting a plant-passionate foodie lifestyle, while sharing tasty recipes that will win over your taste buds!

Upon realizing there was a serious lack of tasty, raw, gluten-free foods available to health-conscious consumers, Afke decided to fill the gap in this exciting new market. She set out to create nutrient-rich, easily digestible, and delicious raw snacks to replace traditional cookies and crackers. The result of her journey is Okanagan Rawsome and our popular Crisps!

Our products are in over 120 stores across Western Canada. The phenomenal growth we're experiencing suggests that more and more Canadians are searching for healthier food options!
