SIPs, or Structurally Insulated Panels, are an advanced composite building material comprising a dense CFC/HCFC free, ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential) zero Polyurethane core with two exterior faces of 12mm OSB 3 (Oriented Strand Board). SIPs are one of the most eco-minded building systems available in the building trade.

This creates an extremely strong, thin building material outperforming traditional methods such and block or timber frame, utilising the insulative element of the polyurethane core as a structural benefit. SIPs are used in floors, walls and roofs and can be applied to extensions, full house builds to large scale commercial projects as well as garden rooms.
