Mu-TEST has been founded in 2009 to leverage the strong expertize and know-how of a team, historically from Schlumberger in Saint-etienne, which led the development efforts of a new, highly disruptive, FPGA based, tester hardware architecture for medium and high end ICs during 10 years.

End of 2011, the first test platform has been qualified, and released to market, bringing a dramatic cost reduction versus its competitors, for characterization, engineering, and production test requirements. With 1600 Megabits per second, gigabits integrated memories, and all advanced functionalities such as APG and source synchronous, Mu-TEST offers high end performance, at entry level test cost.
