Started in 1987 by Mr. Yoon Min-Ro who is the founder of MR-Electronics, and follow by his legacy, MRBAS started up a full-scale automatic control system business in 1991 with the second start-up by CEO, Yoon Chang Ro.

The meaning of MR is the initial of founder (M.R. Yoon). As a professional engineer, he has devoted himself to product development with the pride of selling his technology to our customers under his name. Our chairman, Yoon Min Ro, a former Chief Engineer of the Pohang Iron & Steel Chief Control Team and Hyundai Heavy Industries Plant Division, cooperate the business with CEO Yoon Chang Ro, a former Hyundai Heavy Industries Shipbuilding Division and LG Honeywell BAS division. In 1991, MRBAS signed a technical alliance with the GE Lighting Control team and signed an exclusive distributor contract in Korea and after the contract; MRBAS started the full-scale Automation Control Business We took the early GE technology and now have the opportunity to incorporate their solutions into every product development.
