Our passion for fine coffee began in Mincing Lane, London where coffee was once traded and has been in the family ever since.
In 2014 the fourth generation of Bradshaws started roasting coffee in a barn in rural Hampshire, by the light of the moon. And so Moonroast, with its impressive coffee pedigree, was born and the story continues…
Since establishing our relationship with Moonroast, Chococo has seen an increase of 200 cups of coffee per week and repeat custom from our café customers. Fran and his team have been fantastic to work with, offering initial coffee tasting in the store to barista training on site, collaborating on new grinders, ongoing advice and knowledge to the team, in store and at the Roastery.
