In 1995 Molenkoning was born as a family company. Jos de Swart, passionate about horses, and his two sons, Ton and Nicky de Swart, decided to innovate the horse walker business back then. They were determined to revolutionize an underdeveloped and elitist industry.

Years of work maintaining their primary enthusiasm has made possible that Molenkoning horse exercisers became an international reference in the equestrian business.

In November 2015 the De Swart Group have acquired Loddon Engineering Limited renamed as Loddon Equestrian Ltd.

Loddon founded in 1960 in the village of Loddon, Norfolk, England, has been fabricating top quality stabling along with other livestock equipment ever since.

Today the family unifies both firms ready for the incoming challenges; Loddon Equestrian and Molenkoning form an excellent business alliance that allows us to provide our customers a complete range of equestrian equipment.
