Established in 1961 as Janneck & Hammer Ltda. by German immigrants Helmut Hammer and Heinrich Janneck, MH Equipamentos ((known as Mecânica Hammer) has specialized in the machining and maintenance of parts, tools and services made to order. In the 70s and 80s, taking advantage of its expertise in customization, it played a decisive role in the need to nationalize equipment and parts, previously imported by the food, chemical, plastic and derivatives industry, with the nationalization of agitators and mixers.
