I.M.S. USA LLC was born in 2009 as a new branch of the established company IMS, with headquarters in Sommariva Bosco ( Italy), specialized in production of Tool Holders for CNC working machines for marble and stones, wood, aluminum and plastic, metal and glass.

Thanks to the strong position acquired over decades of intensive activity IMS is able to act as a protagonist in the context of globalization of industry and maintain its identity, its own brand along with its operational autonomy.

Although year 2009 was been characterized by the terrible economical crisis, IMS has achieved important innovation targets that allowed it to imposed itself on US market. To satisfy all customers overseas, IMS decided to open in Wilmington (NC) a new branch, IMS USA LLC.
