As the Art Director of Polydor Records in the 70?s, I had unique access to some of the biggest names in Rock like The Who, Bob Marley and Eric Clapton and later rediscovered my passion for silk screens (seriagraphs) after working with and being influenced by Andy Warhol in the 80's.
On the following pages, I have now produced seriagraphs of some of the memrobilia that I have accumulated throughout my career.
For those of you who may not be familar with the term, a serigraphic is a loosely defined printing-trade term where the artist interacts with the traditional manufacturing process.
In the serigraphs on this site I load the paper, pull across the squeegee of different colours and determine the exact result required before placing the pieces on a rack to air dry.
This slow and painstaking process lets me use the rich, heavy acrylic inks that creates a flat true colour and define the process.
