Today LISMAR employs over 30 engineers qualified in non-destructive testing (NDT), software, electronics and mechanics.

This diversity in know-how enables LISMAR to engineer, manufacture and support our systems to customer specific wishes and requirements. Developments are often undertaken in cooperation with major steel plants, equipment suppliers and roll manufacturers.

In the following years LISMAR proceeded with the manufacturing and marketing of roll inspection systems and grinder controls. LISMAR installed over 500 roll inspection units at many customers all over the world. To assist and service the customers, LISMAR works with local representatives. These representatives are familiar with the industries and will ease up the communication for daily routine.

Service LISMAR roll inspection systems are widely used by roll manufacturers and in the steel - and aluminium industry. Based on the experience of our customers and ourselves we have developed a service programme which consists of various items like maintenance, calibration, training and guaranteed availability of spare parts and service engineers.

Customer's benefit from this programme is that the serviced systems and trained operators will have an optimal performance and the LISMAR back-up ensures a minimum downtime. Depending on customer's requirements, a tailor-made proposal for a service contract can be provided.
