The company has been founded in 1970 with the main task to develop and manufacture office and and community chairs / benches, sofas for waiting areas and stacking tables starting from the technological and ergonomic research. The end result is a new chair in terms of design and functionality that integrates seamlessly into the office, community and waiting enviroment.

The company, which began in the office world has gradually concentrated its efforts also into home-office and contract world, arriving to manufacture chairs that can meet customers needs, offering the best seating or sofas for every application.

The factory site in Colle Umberto (Treviso, Italy) hosts the production for office chairs, stacking and community chairs and waiting sofas; here are present shipping areas and accounting, technichal and commercial departments. The facility is equipped with advanced CMC machines for cutting covers ( fabric, leather and foam), and hosts sewing, upholstery, assembly, testing and packaging departments.

Leyform has obtained and mantain the quality management system for the production process following the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 requirement and the Environmental Certification UNI EN ISO 14001:2004 which has been finally granted by the international certification company DNV - Det Norske Veritas. It has a positive feetback on the product quality and on the customer service.
