Lake Como East Side is a hotel group located in Malgrate on the eastern branch of Lake Como.

It’s a project by Fabio Dadati. After several professional and administrative experiences as a journalist, manager in Fiera Milano, consultant for multinational companies in various industrial fields and coordinator of the Lake Como Tourist System, he decided to open the first “design and boutique hotel” of Lake Como area.

Casa sull’Albero welcomes its guests since May 24th, 2013 achieving national and international success: tourists, professionals and managers choose this place to enjoy their stay or have meetings; artists, magazines and Italian design brands want it as location to play videos and photo shooting.

The success of the “design & boutique” hotel leads to the purchase of the historic Hotel Promessi Sposi and the Ristorante da Giovannino in January 2017.
