La Meule de Montélimar est une très charmante fabrique artisanale familiale ouverte au public avec Magasin et couloirs de visite pour voir le maître confiseur en fabrication. La Meule de Montélimar fait partie de la très rare et nouvelle génération de confiseur nougatier qui s'est installé à Montélimar afin de faire perdurer la noble confiserie d'antan dans le terroir Français.

La Maison de fabrication et ses collaborateurs qui diffusent le produit s'engagent à re-familiariser le nougat de Montélimar avec les foyers français et les enfants par le biais d'une approche plus ludique, plus festive, moins stricte.
