Award Winning Dairy Produce Hand-made in Scotland Knockraich Farm, owned and managed by Robert Rodger is located in the heart of Central Scotland. A closed herd of 60 British Friesian cattle produce the delicious raw ingredient used to create Katy Rodger's artisan dairy range. The cattle are grazed outdoors over the summer months and while wintering indoors are fed only on feeding of non GM origin.

Milk is natural, healthy and full of goodness, so we decided to keep it that way. In our custom built creamery we take our milk direct from the farm for pasteurising where it is blended with only the finest of natural ingredients.
