Jakap Metind Pvt. Ltd. is a cost effective, one-stop solution that provides made-to-order turned or milled components to customers worldwide. Since its establishment in 1991, Jakap has manufactured turned components in Brass, Steel, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Aluminum, Bronze and Brass alloys with utmost precision.

Jakap has a multitude of machines which cater to a diverse range of industries including automotive, hydraulic, electric and refrigeration. Jakap's manufacturing infrastructure includes German & British Multi spindle machines, Swiss sliding headstock machines, German single-spindle machines as well as CNC and TMC machines. Jakap manufactures components from 3mm to 100mm in size, with the capability of maintaining precision up to 10 microns.

Jakap's excellent set-up of systems maintains rigid quality control at each stage of production. Moreover, with the setup of the Brass Extrusion unit in 2007, Jakap gained absolute control over the quality of raw materials used. Along with standard grades of Brass, non-standard grades of Copper & Bronze are also processed to create components exactly as per as the customer's specification.
