Irish Black Butter is made using EU PGI Status Armagh Bramley Apples which have a rich heritage on the Island of Ireland.

Apples are combined with cider, brandy and a blend of spices making a truly versatile product with both savoury and sweet uses. The butter which isn't actually a dairy product has a delicious flavour, a rich warm aroma and firm texture. Serve it with cheese and meats, spread it on toast,marinade or glaze meats, enjoy with porridge, ice cream, yoghurt or apple pie. Use as an ingredient in recipes. Perfection!
