IMAGO – der Name ist Programm

Imago kommt aus dem Lateinischen und bedeutet unter anderem Vision, Idee, Vorstellung, Gebilde und Form und genauso arbeiten wir. Zwar sagte Helmut Schmidt einst „Wer Visionen hat sollte zum Arzt gehen!“aber damit meinte er seinen Parteikollegen und sprach nicht über Kreativität.

Denn ohne Vision keine Kreativität und ohne Kreativität keine Entwicklung.

Zunächst ist da die – erst verschwommen, unklar, in Fragmenten – wird nach Diskussionen zwischen Designern und Technikern zur konkreteren Vorstellung. Aus dieser Vorstellung entsteht dann ein Gebilde(Prototyp) das letztendlich zur perfekten Form heranwächst.

So einfach ist das, aber auch unendlich schwierig – insbesondere sich nach 26 Jahren immer wieder was Neues, Aufregendes einfallen zu lassen und genau deshalb macht es auch immer noch wahnsinnig Spaß.
