He has a commercial approach when giving advice with a focus on what is right for the business and builds strong relationships with his clients. He has a broad HR background including employee relations, employee engagement, managing change, resolving long standing issues and coaching managers to be better people managers. He works with a wide range of clients from different industries including independent hotels and restaurants, property and professional services.

He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management, is a Member of the Association for Coaching, holds a Certificate in Psychological Coaching. Mark is a certified practitioner of MBTI, OPQ and WAVE psychometrics.
