The Hot Dog Fisheries Pty Ltd are suppliers of quality abalone products. The company is a family owned business and has been involved in the abalone industry for over twenty five years.

The abalone are harvested from the unpolluted waters of the southern ocean and are carefully selected for processing. The businness has been established at Cape Jervis where the have easy access to fishing grounds around Kangaroo Island and gulf waters.

Greenlip and Blacklip Abablone are sold under the "Southern Cape" brand.

Hot Dog Fisheries oversees the whole process from harvesting to the final product, ensuring the highest quality of standards are maintained.
