Hamex's nail tools are the key to high precision, high technical availability and low overall cost. Hamex has more than 50 years' experience of manufacturing nail tools in tungsten carbide. This long experience has brought us extensive knowledge of the various makes of machine our tools are used in, and we have also learnt which type of carbide is optimal for each type of tool. Our dies are available with either brazed or exchangeable tungsten carbide inserts. The exchangeable carbide inserts are available either round or square. The round inserts can have up to three wire profiles. Cutting knife inserts for all common machi-ne sizes are held in stock for swift delivery. Star point and diamond point are standard, and are also available in a two-wire version. Our cutters come with 40° and 60° angles as standard, although other angles are available on request.
