Hindustan Phosphates Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated on 7th May 1990, under the companies Act, 1951 in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The company is promoted by technically qualified entrepreneurs namely Shri Ashok Badjatiya B.E., M.S. (USA) D.B.M. and Shri Vijay Badjatiya M.Com, LLB.

The company was incorporated with the main object of manufacture of Dibasic Calcium Phosphate ( DCP ),Tribasic calcium Phosphate ( TCP ) & various other phosphates.

The company had started commercial production from 01/07/1993 in the vicinity of 213 - 214, Sector -1, Industrial Area, Pithampur, Distt. Dhar India. The regd. Office is at 515, Milindas Manor, 2 R.N.T.Marg, Indore – 452 001, Madhya Pradesh, India
