In 2016, this up and coming company introduced their Groups Direct Ambassador scheme. The Ambassadors will be with you throughout your day, making sure everything runs smoothly and dealing with any issue that may arise. Most tours include an Ambassador, but they can be added at extra cost to any day out.

Groups Direct also offer Special Events. During 2016, the main Special Event was the Lord Mayors Show. With over 5 coach loads of people, the Groups Direct Ambassadors escorted their clients through London to find a spot to watch the Parade, before taking them to their lunch venue and escorting them to the pier to board the boat.
