The Great British Card Company started life as Paper House back in 1980. It started in a Cheltenham garage then onto our first warehouse in Northleach. The business went on to grow both organically and through a series of acquisitions of fellow card publishers during the late 80s and early 90s. More recently, we acquired the greetings card business of The Medici Society, Almanac Gallery and in 2015 became the UK distributors for Avanti Press.

Our values have been consistent over the decades to ensure our product is on top of its’ game with ongoing additions to the ranges, high publishing quality and service to our customers being the best in its class.
