Après avoir défendu depuis plus de vingt ans l’Art Surréaliste, l’abstraction des années 1950, le Pop Art et le Nouveau Réalisme, la galerie Patrice Trigano alterne aujourd’hui des expositions de grands maîtres du 20ème siècle tels que Matisse, Michaux, Miro, Picabia, Picasso et des expositions d’artistes contemporains à renommée internationale tels que Carmen Calvo, Chu Teh-Chun, Lucien Clergue, Allen Jones, Mel Ramos, Manolo Valdés et les artistes du monde arabe Meriem Bouderbala et Halim Al Karim.

La galerie est également spécialisée dans le domaine de la sculpture monumentale et présente les œuvres en bronze d’Arman, Cardenas, César, Clavé, Hiquily, Allen Jones et Mel Ramos. Elle peut travailler sur des projets d'intégration en collaboration avec des architectes et décorateurs.
