While serving as various roles in the F&B industry, Vicky was in a mission to search for a waffle store which could produce waffles as delicious as her mother's. After years of searching, she came to realise that no waffle stores could replicate that sweet and delish moment she had during her childhood.

This was when Vicky decided start her own waffle store so that she could share that special yet unforgettable moment with her family, friends and all other people around Taiwan. She took years to finally come out with the recipe for the perfect waffle.

As time goes by, most patrons placed their focus on health and quality in their food selection process. Therefore, Vicky tries her best to ensure that the process of making the ideal flour mix for the waffles involves only milk and nothing else. With her waffles being chemical-free, patrons could enjoy her waffles without worries. Vicky's persistence in producing quality food allows patrons to taste her tasty delicacies anytime, anywhere.
